Southeast Resource Development Council Corp. (SERDC) under its project FIRE with FIRE – Ishkotay Aputchitoon Chi Meekatamun Ishkotay, is seeking proposals from individuals/organizations working in Manitoba to produce a video documentary on the value of a Peer Led Harm Reduction On Reserve Project. The documentary is expected to highlight the necessity of improving the life and welfare/preventing deaths of men and women with a focus on First Nations communities, as identified by the project.
