Southeast Resource Development Council (SERDC) is pleased to share its 2025-2026 Annual Report, highlighting another year of progress, partnership, and service to our member First Nations.

Throughout the year, SERDC continued to support communities through a wide range of programs and services in health, education, economic development, technical services, community planning, and nation-building initiatives. This report reflects the collective efforts and achievements made possible through strong leadership, collaboration, and a shared commitment to improving the well-being of our member Nations.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the SERDC Chiefs Board of Directors for their guidance, leadership, and continued dedication to advancing the priorities of our member First Nations. We also thank our SERDC staff whose hard work, expertise, and commitment contribute to the success of the organization and the delivery of services across the Southeast region.
